Beginning Boutique in support of White Ribbon Australia
Beginning Boutique is supporting White Ribbon Australia in the fight against the increasing rate of domestic violence and emotional abuse women experience daily in their own homes, in the workplace and on the street.
White Ribbon Australia’s mission is to eliminate gendered violence by promoting gender equality and creating new opportunities for men to build positive, healthy and respectful relationships.
On average 1 in 4 women have experienced emotional abuse by a partner. Additionally to this, 1 in 5 women have experienced sexual violence since the age of 15.

Beginning Boutique’s donation will help support in-school education programs to strengthen a community culture of respect and equality, workplace accreditation programs to provide the tools to strengthen a company culture at all levels of the organisation. Additionally, our donation will enable White Ribbon to educate, advocate and lobby for law reform against gendered violence.
