Our newly formed Employee Action Group is meeting next week to finalise our ideas for White Ribbon Day events.
In addition InvoCare has agreed to purchase a white ribbon for every employee to demonstrate our commitment to no violence against women as an organisation (and we have placed our initial order). We will support this alongside an internal communication plan using the White Ribbon Day resources in the two weeks leading up to White Ribbon day.
In addition we will be encouraging our 300 sites to create their own events
