White Ribbon Australia is a part of a global social movement working to eliminate gendered violence.

1800RESPECT is the national online and telephone counselling and support service for people who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, sexual assault and/or domestic and family violence, their family and friends, and frontline and isolated workers.

During the 2022/2023 financial year, 1800RESPECT answered almost 270’000 calls or web messages.

As a team, over the month of November, we aim to walk/run a total of 270kms to show our support and are tracking a leaderboard of contributors.

We welcome donations in support of our challenge, and hope to raise awareness on site of this issue and the resources available to those who need them.
