Domestic and family violence is not just a private or personal issue. When a team member is experiencing or using domestic and family violence, there are often very real costs and negative impacts that flow to the workplace and the community.
As part of our commitment to supporting our people and our role as a White Ribbon accredited organisation, this White Ribbon Day we will be hosting a live conversation with James Dowling, Community Engagement Manager Brisbane Lions and Committee Chair of White Ribbon South Brisbane for our team members.
James will shares insight into how AFL QLD has matured its approach from gender diversity alone to promoting respectful relationships and preventing violence against women.
